For sale here is a Walt Carpenter Browntone bamboo rod in new condition with the original paper wrapping on the grip. 7’9 3/2 for a 5 weight line. This rod was made in 2009. You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer example. The rod is priced at the same price as Mr. Carpenter is charging for a new rod which includes a very long waiting period.
