For sale here is a Todd SandsLarge Salmonfly reel. Todd mentored for the past few years under the late Dr. Paul Hermann. Paul was extremely excited that he found an experienced machinist who had an interest and passion for fly fishing and for carrying on the historical tradition of crafting hand-made fly reels.

This SandsLarge Salmon reel utilizes the same double delrin brake shoe drag as Paul’s reels did. The seven-setting adjustable drag is extremely strong at its heavier settings. The side plates and rings are made of anodized aluminum.
