A nice Hardy All Brass Perfect 125th Anniversary fly reel, 3″ diameter and set up for what feels like a slight favor to LHW. In 1997-1998 Hardy made 1000 of these 3″ all brass Perfect replicas of their 1890’s reel. This one is #230 (the reel is stamped “HGH R230” on the inside of the frame, and then again “230” on the foot crossbar). Mint, unused condition. The winding plate bears the Hardy cartouche logo, the straight line patent stamp, and the famous rod in hand stamp. The frame and spool have a handsome dark finish and the reel has an ivorine handle. It comes with the original tan, block leather case. A nice reel for the Hardy aficionado.
