A rubber button mounted on a nickel silver ferrule pulls out from the bottom of the reel seat allowing easy mounting of the fighting butt. This has myearlierstyle brass ferrule plugs. Polished aluminum tube with brass top, bottom, and collar with “Aroner, Maker” stamped between two trim lines. This rod is ready for summer steelheading or chasing atlantics in the maritimes.
