For sale here is a bamboo rod made by Chris Raine – his rendition of the classic and very popular Garrison 209E taper – 7’9″ 2/2 for a 5 weight line. Made in 2005. The rod remains in excellent+ condition. Cigar grip, red agate stripper, red silk wraps, blonde cane, n/s cap and ring over a maple spacer. The female ferrule features knurled edges on the welt (nice touch!) It weighs 3.55 oz. and the ferrules are size 13/64. The action is medium fast. It comes with its original tagged rod bag and labeled tube.
