The rod features moderately tempered cane with transparent caramel wraps with black tipping. Blued guides andferrules. Handsome banded agate stripping guide. Nickel silver winding check. Modified-reverse half wells grip with the slightest of taper. Bright down-locking aluminum reel seat over a burl walnut spacer with a nickel silver butt cap. The nickel silver ferrules have a perfect fit, nice and snug. Includes fine nickel silver ferrule plug. The rod weighs 4.20 oz. with a smooth medium-fast action. The rod has a terrific balance of finesse to backbone making it a versatile four-weight. Includes the originalbag and tube with brass fittings.
