The reel was original sold as part of the CVEX 9/12 package, the reel would have come with a 11/12 spool as well as the 9/10. This reel comes only with the 9/10 spool. Anodized aircraft-grade aluminum for use in the salt. Spool can be changed with the push of a button. The sealed drag system is removable, waterproof, modular and tooless, ensuring flawless performance on every cast. Van Staal reels are famous for their excellent performance in extreme environments.
